Welcome to postcalendar, your solution for planning and tracking social media posts through a content calendar system.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of services, digital products and goods offered by postcalendar.

2. Services

postcalendar provides a service for creating and managing a content calendar to plan and track social media posts. Service fees are due at the time of booking.

3. Digital Products

postcalendar may offer digital guides, templates or other downloadable resources ('Digital Products'). Access to Digital Products is granted upon full payment.

4. Goods

postcalendar may supply physical items ('Goods'), such as printed calendars or branded materials. Title passes to you upon delivery.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

All purchases of one-on-one calendar planning sessions are final and not eligible for a refund due to the personalized nature of the engagement. However, you may reschedule a session at least 48 hours before the scheduled date at no extra charge.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital Products may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided there has been no substantial download or use of the materials. To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form.

5.3 Goods

If you are not fully satisfied with Goods purchased directly from postcalendar, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original condition. A handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. To initiate a refund request, please use our contact form.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule service appointments by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form or by calling +14161078272. Late requests may not be accommodated.
